Privateness rights organisation NOYB on Tuesday lodged two complaints with Austria’s knowledge safety authority towards tech large Microsoft for allegedly violating kids’s knowledge safety rights.

The non-profit organisation stated that Microsoft’s ‘365 Training’ providers violate kids’s knowledge safety rights.

When pupils wished to train their Basic Information Safety Regulation (GDPR) rights, Microsoft stated faculties had been the “controller” for his or her knowledge.

Microsoft, alleged the grievance, is attempting to contractually dump most of its authorized duties beneath the GDPR on faculties that present Microsoft 365 Training providers to their pupils or college students.
