The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has started the registration process for the Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2023: Stray vacancy round. Candidates who did not receive seat allotment in the previous counselling rounds can register themselves on the official website. The registration deadline is November 8, 2023. The merit list will be published on November 9, 2023, taking into account the information filled by the students upon registration and the results of the NEET exam. The choice filling option will be available from November 10 to November 11, 2023. The registration fee varies for different categories. Admitted candidates in the Special Stray Vacancy Round will have their Security Deposit Amount forfeited if they fail to take admission to the allotted seat. These candidates are not eligible to participate in any subsequent round of counselling. Certain candidates admitted through other rounds or counselling conducted by other states are also not eligible for the special stray round.
